3. Refund for Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:
    • Photos of the item
    • Order number
  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
